Happy Valentine's Day!

Happy Valentine's Day! Love is in the air :-) Yesterday, Jason and I made a quick trip to Walmart and it was full of men buying flowers and candy. We got in line behind a father and young son buying big boxes of candy, flowers, and a teddy bear. It was pretty cute to see.

Jason had been acting "anti-Valentine's Day" but then a few minutes ago the doorbell rang and I got these beautiful flowers! What a nice surprise! Thank you Jason!
Today is also Jason's mom's birthday. Happy Birthday Mary!

In other news, I recently got back in touch with Murphy's foster family. Murphy is our big black Newfoundland/Lab mix dog. I adopted him around February of 2006 (before I met Jason). Murphy was at a Petsmart adoption event with the Neuse River Golden Retriever Rescue

He was a little black furball called Crash at that time. He also had a brother, Auto Pilot.

Below are some pictures of Murph as a pup. What a cutie!!!

We are hoping to set up a time when Murphy and Auto can meet again. Also Murph can visit with the people who took such good care of him before he came into my life. So, that's exciting!
